Account Experience Specialist – Phoenix Suns (Phoenix, AZ)

The Phoenix Suns Sales and Service Department is currently recruiting for an Account Experience Specialist to report to the Director of Account Experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Conducting six personal contacts per year with each Account in your personal portfolio (contacts can consist of one on one appointments, in-arena tours, seat visits, invites to special VIP events, personalized letters, etc…)
  • Making a minimum of 40 out-bound calls a day
  • Staffing Account Experience headquarters at 40+ events annually
  • Providing outstanding service to all incoming customer emails, phone calls, faxes, etc…
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding renewal and sales goals set by the department
  • Utilizing CRM management system to track and report progress of relationships with all portfolio accounts
  • Growing personal account base through up selling and cross selling all US Airways Centers properties (Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury)
  • Attending weekly meetings conducted by the Director of Account Experience

Required skills/qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a burning desire to help set the standard for customer service departments throughout the sports industry as well as having a mindset that is conducive to driving revenue for the organization. Successful candidates will also display the highest levels of professionalism, pride, and work ethic. Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn are a must. A bachelor’s degree, service and sales experience are all required. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
