Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Execute direct marketing campaigns through multiple channels including email, broadcast messaging and text messaging.
  2. Manage data collection processes and import of external data sources. Strive to make leads easily accessible for sales and marketing use.
  3. Responsible for the ongoing management of the HEAT Group’s data assets
  4. Work with various departments with regard to their direct marketing needs.
  5. Develop and manage reporting on direct marketing campaigns.
  6. Assist the department on research projects as needed.
  7. Take an active role in ensuring legal compliance and correct usage of the database.

Desired Qualifications

MBA and/or Master’s Degree in Sports Management preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.Experience with building e-mail campaigns and/or experience with HTML/HTML editors (Front Page, Dreamweaver, etc…) Experience with CRM tools/applications preferred. Comfort with new technology as it relates to marketing. Strong excel skills. Strong math/analytic skills.
