The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA), the official Alumni Association of NBA, ABA, WNBA, and Harlem Globetrotters, partners with DentaQuest to provide oral health services and care to former professional basketball players.

DentaQuest is the largest dental benefits administrator in the United States and largest in the Medicaid space offering innovative dental benefits solutions at low costs to 24 million clients. The DentaQuest Foundation is working with local, state, and national partners to raise oral health awareness and promote effective oral health solutions, and research at the DentaQuest Institute is dedicated to developing new ways to improve the effectiveness of care by private dental offices, hospital-based clinics, and safety net dental programs. As part of a new partnership with the NBRPA, DentaQuest will offer NBRPA Members general dental services in all DentaQuest locations at a 90% discount of state Medicaid rates.

As the largest dental benefits company in the country and a leading dental care provider, DentaQuest brings high-quality services to former players, but also works with the NBRPA to raise awareness of the importance of oral health in local communities.

“Through our innovative relationship with DentaQuest, our members have access to discounted oral health services and top-of-industry customer service,” said NBRPA Senior Vice President & General Counsel Scott Rochelle.

The NBRPA partnership with DentaQuest furthers their mission to improve the oral health of all. DentaQuest works to achieve this mission by increasing access to dental benefits, care, and awareness throughout the United States. The DentaQuest Care Group aims to increase compliance and treatment completion among patients in communities across the country, in coordination with the efforts of DentaQuest, the DentaQuest Institute, and the DentaQuest Foundation.
