NBRPA President/CEO Fielkow, Founder Robertson and Member Russell help honor Earl Lloyd

Earl Lloyd, the first African-American to appear in an NBA regular-season game, is being honored with a statue dedication at his alma mater, West Virgina State University (CLICK HERE to read full story).

NBRPA President & CEO Arnie Fielkow (pictured top left) joined (clockwise from Fielkow) Olin Chamberlain (NBRPA supporter and nephew of Wilt), NBRPA Founder Oscar RobertsonBill RussellEarl Lloyd and Sonny Hill for a luncheon at WVSU in Lloyd's honor.

The NBRPA and NBA made a contribution to help support the statue commemorating Lloyd's legacy.
