Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Execute direct marketing campaigns through multiple channels including email, broadcast messaging and text messaging.
- Manage data collection processes and import of external data sources. Strive to make leads easily accessible for sales and marketing use.
- Responsible for the ongoing management of the HEAT Group’s data assets
- Work with various departments with regard to their direct marketing needs.
- Develop and manage reporting on direct marketing campaigns.
- Assist the department on research projects as needed.
- Take an active role in ensuring legal compliance and correct usage of the database.
MBA and/or Master’s Degree in Sports Management preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.Experience with building e-mail campaigns and/or experience with HTML/HTML editors (Front Page, Dreamweaver, etc…) Experience with CRM tools/applications preferred. Comfort with new technology as it relates to marketing. Strong excel skills. Strong math/analytic skills.
