Assist with the operation of tickets sales window and event set up. Assist with all aspects of sales processing to include group, season, partial plan and event sales. Assist with event creation. Participate in departmental meetings. Compile data for reports/trending as needed. Assist with the maintenance of the season ticket holder filing system. Handle Ticket Operations related projects as assigned. Assist with the daily operation of the ticket office.
Candidate must be a university junior, senior or graduate student able to earn academic credit for internship.Business, Communications, Finance, Hospitality Management, Sports Administration, Management or related business majors preferred. Excellent customer service skills; Strong written and verbal skills; listening skills; organizational skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
