The McDonald's All-American Games are played each year for American and Canadian boys' and girls' high-school all-star basketball graduates. As part of the annual event, the high school stars also compete in a slam-dunk contest, a three-point shooting competition, an overall timed skills competition and the Legends and Stars Shootout.

Fizer, Williams and Wiggins are all former McDonald’s All-American athletes. Fizer was selected as an All-American in 1997, Williams was selected in 1999 and Wiggins was selected in 2004.

In the shootout, the alumni were paired with current McDonald’s All-American athletes and competed in a shooting competition, culminating with a half court jumper. Wiggins and her teammates Jayson Tatum and Amber Ramirez came away the winners in a very fun competition.
