Tamika Catchings, daughter of NBRPA Board Member Harvey Catchings, wins WNBA crown

Congratulations to Tamika Catchings, daughter of NBRPA Board of Directors Member Harvey Catchings, on leading the Indiana Fever to the 2012 WNBA Championship. Tamika Catchings had 25 points and eight assists to lead the Fever to its first-ever title with an 87-78 win over the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday night.

Tamika Catchings adds a WNBA Championship and Finals MVP to a long list of accolades throughout her illustrious career. Catchings is a 7-time WNBA All-Star, 5-time Defensive Player of the Year, 2002 Rookie of the Year and the 2011 WNBA Most Valuable Player.
