Steven brings to Legends his experience from both private practice and academia. At DePaul College of Law, Steven is the Director of the Business Law Clinic and lectures in the area of business law and intellectual property. Prior to his service at DePaul, he was the Trademark Clinic Director at John Marshall Law School and worked in private practice. In private practice, he focused his practice in the areas of international and domestic intellectual property and business litigation and transactional matters. His transactional work encompassed negotiating and preparing intellectual property and related business agreements and related information technology agreements encompassing U.S. and European privacy law matters. He is admitted to practice in the states of Illinois and New York. He also is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
